With the imminent introduction of certification against the National Standards, portfolios are popping up all over the place. Recently I have seen two different approaches:
an online portfolio using Wordpress with heavy customisation
a set of files with each piece of evidence being a single Word file, with associated artefacts and video files.
I also did a bit of a hunt around the web for other online portfolios, of course I am only going to find those that are publicly available, but here are some examples:
